It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel sessions. This is done within your account.
Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged unless 24 hours notice is given.
Parents must inform us by email if their children are arriving late due to attending an extracurricular club.

As a registered childcare provider, we are members of various organisations that help us ensure compliance with the latest guidelines and safeguarding regulations. The costs associated are very high but offer great benefits to our parents such as the ability to pay with childcare vouchers. The membership cost also allows us to provide our parents with a market leading booking system. This system allows us to keep track of children and their needs effectively and provides our parents with features other booking systems cannot. Such as passwords, monthly payment options and the ability to book up to a year in advance.
