Cancellation windows, credits and amendments vary by programme. Open your Après School account so the rules and available actions match the specific session, camp or school centre.
Account credit
Any credit issued is shown in Payments & credit and can be used toward a future booking.

Send us the school, session date and booking reference so the team can review it.
Cancel only the session you need
Open the booking from your calendar or list, choose the individual child and session, then review the cancellation before confirming. Check the deadline shown for that session; programme rules can differ.
The review shows the affected sessions and any account credit. Cancelling one session does not require cancelling all care for that day. Account credit is distinct from a refund to your payment method. Where an unpaid charge is removed, no payment has been refunded.
If the cancellation option is unavailable, check the displayed deadline and contact the team with your booking reference.
